Thank you for booking your seats to the Hidden Wounds charity concert. We’re really looking forward to welcoming to you. Below is a little info on the night. If you have a specific question or a seating request, please contact Ann firstname.lastname@example.org M: 07534892715 as soon as possible so we can try and cater to your requests.
- Seating Plan
Seating is in tables of 10. Please note, unless you have booked a full table or specifically requested to sit with other individual bookers, you will be sharing a table; a seating plan will be available on entrance with the name of the ticket booker as reference.
- Dress code
There is no formal dress code, however we do encourage black tie/smart or smart casual; military and ex-military personnel are also welcome to wear uniform.
- Parking and Travel
There is parking at the venue, and taxi service and transport available, along with hotel details which can be found on the Hidden Wounds website: http://hiddenwoundsconcert.com/fresh-ink/
If you want to pre-book taxis, the concert is estimated to finish around 12 midnight; the venue is licenced until 1am; we cannot I’m afraid be more specific of the end time of 11pm in case events over-run.
